Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Hon'ble court in Criminal M.P.No.15168 of 2019 in C.A.No.488 of 2019 dated 31.10.2019 that the petitioner shall initially appear before the town police station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks or pass such orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANBU CHEZHEIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 15168 of 2019 dated 31.10.2019, the present petition has been filed. 2.We are not inclined to grant extension of time at this stage as the petitioner is yet to comply with the conditions imposed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
