ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking enquiry on the application dated 26.12.2017. By such representation, the petitioner had sought cancellation of the registration of "Salem Omalur Maanguppai Arulmigu Mannathaswamy and Sree Pachaiammal Koil Pangaligal Nirvagigal Sangam". The petitioner has given a representation to the respondent.

2.On instructions, it is stated that the petitioner is not a member of the said society at all.

3.Let a final order be passed. If the petitioner has no locus and the same may be mentioned. If the petitioner has locus, enquiry may be conducted and orders shall be passed on or before 28.02.2023.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
