Petition seeking direction to the police not to harass appears to be motivated petition at the instance of the some third party.

2. The perusal of the CD file indicates that, petitioner herein being enticed by a married man and she was under the custody of that person. However, inspite of her statement recorded by the police in the complaint registered for investigation as Current Paper in R.C.No.3792/0377731, respondent police has not acted upon.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to register the complaint given by the father of the petitioner on 03.11.2023 and proceed in accordance with law. 21.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma 2/4
