This Petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.20691 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022.

2. Pending the said application, on the request of both the parties, the matter has been referred before the mediation. Before the Mediation, both the parties have settled the issue amicably and they have also entered into an agreement by way of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.02.2023. The terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the order.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this petition is disposed of.
