(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the review application to review the order dated 20.4.2022 passed in W.A.No.921 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection for condoning the delay of 207 days in filing the review application.

3. In view of the above, the delay of 207 days in filing the review application is condoned, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) payable to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, within a period of one week from today.

4. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed the number the review application, if it is otherwise in order, and list on 12.1.2023 along with Cont.P.No.2195 of 2022.
