O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 25.11.2022 submitted by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 3rd respondent is attempting to mutate the revenue records at the instance of the 4th respondent. However, the writ petition itself has been instituted merely based on the possession. As of now, the revenue records are not mutated. Thus, the petitioner has not established any cause for the purpose of filing the present writ petition.

3. That being the factum, merely directing the authorities to consider the representation would do no service to the cause of justice. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, then alone he has to approach the competent authorities at the first instance and thereafter, the competent Court of law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition in W.P.No.34907 of 2022 stands dismissed. No costs.
