This Petition has been filed to modify the second condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.4039 of 2024 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur on 21.10.2024 in Cr.No.92 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent Police.

3.This Petition has been filed before this Court without approaching the Court concerned, which has granted anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Therefore, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned and thereafter approach this Court, if necessary.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of.
