This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15850 of 2017.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a computation petition if there is any due with regard to the differential wages.
