O R D E R
Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second and third 2/6
respondents to survey the land by taking police protection from the respondent pursuant to the petitioner's request vide e-challan dated 22.05.2025 vide Challan No.2025/0123/08/010323 and sub division based on the request and payment made through Challan dated 20.08.2025 vide Challan No.2025/0105/08/631542 in respect of the property at Survey No.97/1B, Patta No.1058, with an extent of 0.47 cents, situated at Veeraganur Village, Gangavalli Sub Registrar District, Thalaivasal Taluk,
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property. The petitioner made an representation to the respondents on 29.07.2025 to survey his property. He has also paid necessary fees along with the said application. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 3/6
and 3 would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 would consider the petitioner's representation and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents concerned are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 4/6
