O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action as against the 3rd respondent herein, strictly in accordance with the direction of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & others case, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent with regard to the abusee and intimidation with dire consequences made by the third respondent; since no action has been taken on the said complaint so far, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that CSR number will be given soon on the representation made by the petitioner and action will be taken shortly. 2/4

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks and do the needful in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
