A.(IP) No.232 of 2022 in IP No.25 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This application is filed to recall the Non Bailable warrant issued against the petitioner by an order dated 28.11.2022.

2. As directed by this Court, the insolvent appeared before this Court and she submitted that she would cooperate with the Official Assignee and appear before him whenever her presence is required.

Therefore, this Court by order dated 12.12.2022 recalled the Non Bailable warrant issued against the insolvent and hence, nothing survives in this application.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

4. At request, post the I.P.No.25 of 2021 on 9.1.2023.
