Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the learned Advocate Commissioner made an attempt to seize the vehicle. However, the vehicle could not be traced out. Therefore, he prayed to grant liberty to file fresh application, in the event, the vehicle is traced out. 2.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant is recorded. The applicant is at liberty to file fresh application, in the event, the vehicle is traced out. Hence, no further order is required in the present application.
