PRAYER To modify the conditions imposed by this Honble Court vide in Crl.M.P.No. 12462/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.927/2025 dt. 30.06.2025 at Para No.5 of the said order ''5. considering the fact that the petitioner has raised substantial grounds in the above revision, which requires consideration this court is inclined to grant suspension of sentence, on the following conditions, till the disposal of the above criminal revision (iii) The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount i.e. Rs. 6,25,990/- (Rupees six lakhs twenty five thousand nine hundred and ninety only) after deducting the amount which was already deposited by the petitioner, if any to the credit of C.C.No. 1029/2019 on the file.. ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12462 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.927 of 2025, dated 30.06.2025 at Para No.5. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and considering the circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner.

"(i) The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of C.C.No.1029 of 2019, on the file of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii) Thereafter, the sentence of imprisonment alone, imposed on the petitioner / accused shall be suspended, on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court."

In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
