ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.34027 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34027 of 2023 has not been complied with by the respondent. Hence, he filed this contempt petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that challenging the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34027 of 2023, the respondent has filed Writ Appeal in W.P.Nos.3372 & 3374 of 2023 and and the same is pending.

5. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed at

present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition, after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
