ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 18.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.3745 of 2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that order of this Court dated 18.03.2024 in W.P.No.3745 of 2024 has been complied with and the respondent herein had passed the order dated 26.04.2024 with regard to the petitioners' representation.

3. While disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.3745 of 2024, this Court had directed the respondent to provide adequate compensation to the petitioner for the subject land in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible for the same. The respondent passed the rejection order vide proceedings dated 26.07.2024. If the contempt petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent herein, she is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
