CMP Nos.21661, 21662 & 21663 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1706 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed 2nd respondent as sole party respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
