The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 31.03.2023 made in S.T.C.No.143 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
