ORDER
The applicant herein had filed Comp.A.No.28 of 2024 to restrain the Official Liquidator from auctioning the property described in the schedule to the Judge's summons. Because said property was purchased at an auction conducted at the instance of the Indian Bank, the applicant has applied to implead the Indian Bank.
2. Upon private notice being ordered, the applicant filed affidavit of service dated 09.01.2026 enclosing the acknowledgment card evidencing service of notice on the Indian Bank. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation for Indian Bank. Indian Bank is at least a proper party to the application. Therefore, the application to implead Indian Bank is allowed. The applicant shall carry out the consequential amendments in Comp.A.No.28 of 2024 on or before 08.07.2026. A copy of the amended application shall thereafter be served on all the parties, including by private notice to the newly impleaded party.
