O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the first respondent under reference No.56814/U1/2019 including the order dated 23.09.2019 and quash the same and direct a fresh enquiry by a competent officer of the Registration Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu into the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, may dispose of this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in terms of Section 77 A of the Act. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that for the very same dispute, already the petitioner filed a civil suit and lost his case. Hence, no further adjudication is 2/4

necessary in this writ petition.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in terms of Section 77 A of the Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is made by the petitioner, the concerned Authority shall consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
