This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for building plan approval for the plots regularized in Sholinganallore Co-operative Maha Nagar, Semmacherri.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
