ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to the st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.10838 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 on the ground that the 1 st respondent has not come forward to execute the sureties and also complying the conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail order especially the deposit of amount ordered by this Court.

2.In the order itself it is made clear that once the accused failed to pay the deposit amount ordered by this Court, then the order stands automatically cancelled. That being the case, at this stage the cancellation of anticipatory bail would not arise since the 1 st respondent have not availed the bail order. It is further made clear that the anticipatory bail order has not been utilised.
