ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner for the false complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner was summoned only for the enquiry and the petitioner submitted that frequently, they are being called under the guise of enquiry and that itself amounts to harassment. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that if any complaint is received, they will send the summons, but however, the respondents-Police are supposed to summon the witnesses only for the enquiry and record their statements. The frequent attendance of the petitioner is not necessary. Therefore, considering the same, this petition is disposed of, directing that if any summons are received by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear only once for the enquiry.
