3.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.Muthu Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

Mr.R.Prabudoss, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent. Both counsel have got no objection in allowing this petition.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
