MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copies of the fair and decreetal order dated 04.07.2025 passed in E.A.No.1 of 2025 in E.P. No. 665 of 2024 in R.L.T.O.P.No.557 of 2023 for the present.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has obtained the certified copy of the order.

3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Registry is directed to list the C.R.P., on 15.09.2025, if it is otherwise in order.
