O R D E R
The Criminal Revision has been filed as against the Judgment and sentence passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Coimbatore in C.A.No.537/2018 dated 04.08.2023 and convicted the petitioners for an offence under Section 392 of IPC sentenced to undergo three months rigorous imprisonment each and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each, in default, to undergo 30 days imprisonment. The above said sentences shall run concurrently Challenging the same, the petitioners have filed Revision and the present miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence of imprisonment.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has raised several arguable grounds insofar the petitioners and it will take some more time for this Court to take up the criminal revision and to dispose of the same. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners are in prison for more than one year.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioners.
4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal
Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the punishment of imprisonment imposed as against the petitioners is hereby suspended and they are directed to be released on bail on the following conditions: a) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Coimbatore along with two sureties for a like sum; b) the petitioners shall report before the Court below on the first working day of every month, pending disposal of the revision. 18.06.2024 rli Note: Issue order copy on 19.06.2024 To
