This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay in filing the additional documents.

Learned counsel for the first respondent strongly objected stating that the documents sought to be filed by the applicant/plaintiff are no way connected with the suit and only to protract the suit proceedings the applicant/plaintiff has come forward with this application and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Considering the said submissions, reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility of documents sought to be filed. However, the respondents are at liberty to make their objects, if any, at the time of marking of documents.

Post the matter before the Master for recording evidence on 17.10.2025.
