This petition has been filed to bring the petitioners on record as petitioners 1 to 4 in the place of deceased writ petitioner viz., Chinnaraju @ K.Velusamy.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly this Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list this matter on 22.09.2025.
