This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.14568 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.16087 of 2023, by an order dated 13.9.2023, to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
