These petitions have been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai instead of before the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.22997 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023 in Crime No.148 of 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are allowed and the fresh order copy may be issued to the parties indicating that the satisfaction Court as before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai instead of learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. In view of the said amendment, time is granted for complying with the other conditions on or before 01.12.2023.
