This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent herein as the fourth respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Additional Government Pleader Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ petition papers.
