The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 04.09.2024 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.21711 of 2024 in Crime No.125 of 2024 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
