This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21715 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21715 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
