O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the electricity connection obtained in his name in survey No.532/3A to 508/2.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the petitioner seeks for electricity service connection to a land situated in Survey No.508/2. It further appears that for granting such service connection, the electric poles have to be erected at some of the places in the lands belonging to the fourth to sixth respondents. It is further seen that already these respondents 4 to 6 as writ petitioners in W.P.No.9884 of 2015, obtained an order from this Court on 06.05.2015 by directing the Junior Engineer, Tiruvalam Electricity to consider the representation of those petitioners (respondents 4 to 6 herein) after putting the fourth respondent therein (petitioner herein) on notice and dispose of the same.

4. It is stated that the said order passed by this Court is yet to be complied with. In the meantime, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for mandamus as stated supra.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the fact that this Court has already passed an order in W.P.No.9884 of 2015, as stated supra, the third respondent herein shall consider the claim of the petitioner as well as the objection raised by the respondents 4 to 6 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
