[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The miscellaneous petition on hand has been instituted seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 06.09.2024 in H.C.P.No.2165 of 2024.

2.Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the grandparents of the child may be permitted to visit the child presently with the custody of the mother, namely, Smt.R.Durgalakshmi. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner in the miscellaneous petition is harassing the first respondent/Smt.R.Durgalakshmi, who is none other than his daughter-inlaw. Her husband is also not supporting her. Under these circumstances, the present petition is filed.

cse 4.This Court has already passed an order granting liberty to the parties to resolve the issues by approaching the competent Court of law or through negotiations. While so, no further modification is required and the present petition is unnecessary. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
