ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to provide adequate medical treatment to his fractured hand.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a fact that the detenu has a fractured hand and the same would be given proper treatment including surgical procedure.

3. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent to refer the detenu, who is an under trial prisoner, today itself i.e., 22.11.2019 for appropriate treatment. Needless to state that the treatment would include the requisite surgery as well.
4. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
