ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 527 days in filing the Criminal Appeal before this Hon'ble Court against the Judgment dated 03.09.2024 made in S.C.No.82 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC), Tiruppur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 527 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the District Legal Services Authority, Tiruppur within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
