O R D E R

The present civil revision petition is filed as against Docket Order dated 01.03.2017 in unnumbered O.S.S.R.No.821 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, thereby returning the plaint as not maintainable.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. He filed the suit as against the respondents herein for bare injunction restraining respondents 4 to 6 from giving electricity service connection to the 10th respondent herein. The said plaint was returned as not maintainable. Now, the learned counsel for the 10th respondent submitted that electricity service connection has already been given to him and the prayer sought in the suit has become infructuous.

3. Considering the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
