The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the petition in the H.M.G.O.P.No.125 of 2022 from the file of the Page NO:1/3
Sub-Court, Arakkonam and transfer the same to the file of Hon'ble Principal District Court to Tiruvallur Family Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the dispute has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the respondent and they have agreed for re-union. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsels, no further order is required to be passed in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
