The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 11.02.2026 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.SC.No.14 of 2024, by a further period of one month.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.
