The learned counsel for the petitioners states that pending disposal of this Criminal Original Petition seeking quash of First Information Report, the respondent police has completed their investigation and filed Final Report and same was taken on file in C.C.No.199 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram. The said Final Report was challenged by these petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9049 of 2022 was allowed by this Court on 08.06.2022 and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
