This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17466 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
