This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate consequential action by consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 09/09/2022 in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the Writ Petitioner that by Order dated 08.10.2021 the District Registrar (Administration) has concluded that the Document Nos.390/2019, 707/2019, 816/2019, 1379/2019 and 1507/2019 have registered by impersonating the original pattadar. Having concluded that, the Registering authority has not taken any steps to prosecute the offenders. Hence this Writ Petition is filed to direct the District Registrar to take consequential action to prosecute the offenders.

3. Mrs. Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 9 and submitted that the Respondents 1 to 3 will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2022 and take action in accordance with law.

4. In such view of the matter, the Respondents 1 to 3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2022 and take necessary action as per law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
