This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the trial Court to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No.36 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pollachi within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.36 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Both the parties are directed to extend their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the case, failing which, the learned Magistrate is directed to imposed heavy cost and dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
