This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "The Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Tuesdays at 10.30 am for a period of three months without fail" imposed in Crl.OP.No.17344 of 2024 by order dated 24.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that eleven times the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
