road, west by:200 feet road and east by: survey No.7/2A, land measuring an extent of 656 sq.ft on the registration district of south madras and subregistration district of Kodambakkam, which are adjacent to each other forming a total measured extent of 4272 sq.ft., as per declaration in the aforesaid registered lease deed, which is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter was compromised between the parties and the compromise agreements dated 17.08.2024 and 26.08.2024 have also been filed before this Court to that effect.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the
compromise agreements. The compromise agreements dated 17.08.2024 and 26.08.2024 shall form part and parcel of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
