Crl.O.P.No.32148 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
This Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28078 of 2022 on 16.11.2022. Inadvertently the present Crl.O.P.No.32148 of 2022 has been filed.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was suffering from viral fever, he could not able to surrender and produce the sureties before the trial Court in time as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28078 of 2022 on 16.11.2022. Thereby, he has filed the present petition seeking for anticipatory bail for the second time. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28078 of 2022 on 16.11.2022. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
