When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.25545 of 2019 is closed.

3. C.M.P.No.6707 of 2024 is filed for returning the original documents, Ex.A1 and Ex.A2 to the appellant since the original records are not available in the Madras High Court, the appellant is directed to approach the concerned District Court for getting back the original records.
