This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16517 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in R.R.No.23 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai and the case shall stands be posted during the first working day of December 2024 for the appearance of the petitioner before the Additional Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16517 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Additional Principal Special Judge, Chennai on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
