ORDER

This Court as early as on 25.02.2025 appointed an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle. Thereafter, extensions were also granted for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle through this Court's orders dated 25.03.2025 and 21.04.2025. Till date, the vehicle has not been repossessed.

2.No useful purpose will be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, this application is closed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of Advocate 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.While considering the fresh application, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner, who has been appointed in this application since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the said Advocate Commissioner.
