Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.3970/1999/J5 dated 08.09.2003 in so for relates to societies Ingur, Vaipadi, K.G.Valasu, Chinniyangiri Valasu and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
